This is designed to allow a quick review of risks to be carried out for any and every task. Consider the list of common hazards and where necessary record the mitigations you have put in place

When you leave the workplace and then return later it is good practice to review the risks, as they may have changed. A parallel working group could have started in an adjacent area. Materials may have been left where they are at risk from hot work and so on.

Take just a few moments to consider the risks and you may well prevent a serious incident or injury
